Your drawings stay on your machine

The steps

1. pdf.js reads each page's text layer: every word with its position and size.
2. The plan reader finds each sheet's title block and keeps the floor plans.
3. It pairs room names with room numbers, then finds tokens drawn like door tags that the schedule names.
4. Each tag gets the room it opens into, with the rule that found it, and everything that does not line up is listed.

Nothing is guessed silently: a room found only as the nearest label is marked as such.

What is different from SubX

SubX (weylandai.com) reads a whole bid set on WeylandAI's servers: schedules, hardware sets and submittals. Hingeline does one job, the plan takeoff, entirely in your browser, so you can check a set without sending it anywhere.
